Ai for projects

Want an ai app ( prefer an app but site is good too) that can help you design projects. Projects like a go cart, a compost barrel, a paper-mache sculpture, just a huge variety of different stuff.

One that actually can do thing like give you correct measurements and come up with better solutions. Most importantly, I need one that can think outside the box, and help me build stuff from other stuff.

Like a go cart from a bunch of bicycles( mention the go cart cause that's what I'm currently needed on to help me with) and if it was free to use that would be a blessing.
