AI tool for internal auditing of different company departments

I need a tool that can assist me in understanding a company's processes and coming up with an audit plan that has audit areas, audit objectives, and tests for each audit area.

it should be able to guide me to carry out the tests. and help me come up with a report that has findings risks and recommendations. the tool should be conversant with a lot of audits from various fields.

e.g. accounting, technical, stores, sales, transport, and many other types of audit.
