Overview
CLOVA Voice EMR is NAVER’s clinical speech solution for hospitals and clinics. It transcribes doctor–patient conversations and dictations in real time, inserts medical terminology correctly, and formats notes for EMR systems—reducing after-visit paperwork while preserving accuracy and privacy.
Description
CLOVA Voice EMR brings medical-grade speech recognition and voice tooling to clinical workflows. It listens to exams or dictated notes, recognizes specialty terms and drug names, and streams stable partials that finalize into clean, punctuated text. The output can be routed directly into structured sections—chief complaint, HPI, assessment and plan—or left as free text for quick edits, so clinicians spend less time typing and more time with patients. The system is tuned for Korean first with multilingual support, handles typical clinic noise, and distinguishes speakers when needed so dialogue is attributed correctly. It integrates with existing EMR systems via simple APIs, supports on-prem or private cloud deployment to keep PHI under strict control, and provides audit logs for compliance. With latency low enough for live scribing and accuracy aimed at reducing corrections, CLOVA Voice EMR helps teams turn conversations into complete, consistent charts in minutes instead of hours.
