as somebody else said it doesn't always follow the prompt fully (stuff like colors or body placement) but honestly mine came out actually nice, at least design wise. it missed a couple details, sure, but overall it looked fire. good starting point if youre trying to visualize an idea -

I think this is the point of a free trial...

I recently used a very useful AI tattoo generation tool, you can give it a try. AI Tattoo Studio goes beyond simple tattoo generation, allowing you to design, refine, and preview your tattoo before making it permanent. Just enter a prompt, customize with our advanced editor, and see how it looks on your skin in real time! https://www.aitattoostudio.ai/

Had low expectations but I was shocked how good it was!

I was able to get unique designs every time for a dragon tattoo i was looking for my forearm. Really helped me a ton to share ideas with my artist

As a tattoo nerd who cares about solid guidance and clean cover-ups, this one is a surprisingly good jump-ogg. Great for "what can I make here" and getting three or four workable angles to bring to the shop.

It's not a bad generator, but you need to fix NSFW settings. Thick, curvy, full body are not NSFW prompts

This is my favorite AI app for generating art. Yes, there are restrictions, as there should be for obvious reasons. But, if you know how to use the app and its various models and styles and are creative with your prompts, it can spit out some truly unique art. It currently has 15 models to choose from and 80 art styles. I'm pretty impressed with the images it comes up with, especially when combining certain models and styles together, e.g. Disney Anime, Toon You Surrealism, etc. Not to mention if you're a premium user, they permit you to use your generated art for commercial purposes (no more watermark on your images). The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is because the AI mostly sucks at drawing human hands and feet and has a tendency to mutate animals. A common problem with any AI art generator really.

I meannnnn, it's not the worst, it listens to your prompt pretty well and u can get some fire results out of it if you try some generations. for a mini tool the outcomes are okeish

mini-tool? nahhh, this one's a mini-cool. but for real, it actually gives nice tattoo ideas, ofc nothing out of the ordinary, but it throws out decent concepts and it's fast as hell

Pretty damn accurate. Give ya exactly what you write (might not be the same with what you envision in your head , but still close to that)

I tried to do a phoenix tattoo, aside the Pokemon-like style , it does a pretty decent job. Wouldn't tattoo that but still for an idea it's more then enough.

Definitely not an app that can be used for adult horror themed pages. Disappointed.
