Why can't I log in to it? I sign up, click the verify link in my email, and get sent back to the initial/promo/create an AI screen?!

I can't open Dream Companion! I go to the site provided by the link, go through the whole "create your Dream Companion" setup, I create an account, get the email, hit the verify button, and it just takes me back to the webpage to 'create your Dream Companion...". There are no other options! I'm stuck in a loop. ...does this happen anyone else?
