I've been using Deepwander as one tool to get me through a difficult time in my relationship and it has been immensely effective. This kind of guided introspection feels very well-grounded, since it doesn't attempt to provide solutions but rather nudges you in the direction of finding them for yourself. Its analysis feels apt and very constructive, well-founded in the thought process that led you there. It also provides some psychological keywords that one can look up to gain a greater understanding of the concepts behind the analysis. This is an absolute powerhouse at breaking through self-destructive / dark spirals and finding oneself calmer and more happy at the end.
