Money hungry owners. Maximum of 16k context memory on the top plan when competitors are miles beyond. There is AI moderation so there is tons of bots that are breaking their own community standard floating around. Models get that fail to respond get redirected to cheaper models without telling you. If you want a free experience go nuts but if you are looking to pay for a good experience take your money elsewhere.

Lot of engines and lot of customization features. Despite this there is a ton of questionable content I've seen. The characters are interesting but the creation process is a bit more complicated and less user friendly than competitors. The price point doesn't match up to the quality imo.

The price point you pay for such dull and lifeless responses is almost insulting. Useless features, clunky user interface, and shoehorned personalities. Clicking a personality trait like timid only increaseses the use of the word timid instead of the character acting or presenting themselves as timid. For the top tier plan I expected a lot more.
