Offering "Therapy" without a license is a criminal offense here. ​Misleading Advertising (UWG §5): You are deceiving consumers by suggesting they receive professional help ("Therapist"). Since there is no human professional involved, this is misleading commercial practice. ​Missing Legal Notice (Impressum): You are selling services to German customers but violate §5 DDG (formerly TMG) by hiding your legal identity and address. ​Regarding the refund: I have already emailed support.
