You only need 10 mins a day to stay fit.
It's not a time issue, i know I have plenty of time.
I am not motivated to exercise because it only takes 10 mins.
I need another reason to want to exercise.
I must understand AND believe the benefits, if there are any.
I also want a way to measure that they actually make a difference.
Being able to press heavier weights or do more push ups it not a reason.
Weather I can do 2 or 200 pushups is not a valuable measure if I don't know how that benefits me.
So what are the reasons we are given to exercise, and which of those actually make an actual, measureable difference to my life?
