To the owner: I have no way to contact you on the website itself, so I'm using this site. The "Previous Version" of your main Story Writer AI (the one on MindStudio) says that it's out of usage credits. I would appreciate it greatly if you would top them off, because the Erotic Romance option using DeepSeek-R1 is easily the best AI on your entire site, and it's only available on the previous version of Story Writer AI.

One more question: Right now MindStudio says that the Story Writer AI is out of credits and needs to be topped off. Is that something I need to pay for or is it something you need to do?

I can confirm that all of the new AIs using the new chat UI are fully-functional, with no apparent bugs that I've experienced. I have updated my rating from one to three stars accordingly. The only reason I have withheld a fourth star is because I have a question to ask: Some of the "previous" versions, the ones using DeepSeek, were more colorful and intricate in the prose that they could output than the current ones (Which I guess use Mixtral??? Feel free to correct me). Do you intend to continue making those "previous" AIs available through the MindStudio website, or are they in the process of being deprecated completely?

Two months ago, XXX AIs was a fantastic tool. As of right now, though, nothing on the entire site works. I am not exaggerating. The vast majority of the AIs you can select now lead to a ”There was an error loading this AI Agent” message. The (much more limited) chat-based ones work once in a blue moon for a single input, but 99% of the time typing anything into them results in a literally blink-and-you’ll-miss-it ”NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource” message before the chat instantaneously restarts with the opening prompt. Worst of all, though, is the owner’s refusal to interact with his customers. The only point of contact I can find on the site is a little chat window in the corner of the homepage that spits out the same advertisement (for the site I’m already paying for) every day. Typing anything in about my troubles using the site has been met with a complete lack of response. Otherwise, there is no troubleshooting e-mail or any other way to contact anyone. Either the owner is having serious technical problems running the site and not telling anyone, or he has left it on autopilot assuming nothing will ever break. Neither option is acceptable. Two months ago, this would have been a four-star website. Right now, it can’t possibly be given anything more than one. I will gladly post an improved review if functionality is restored to the site.
