TLDR; User forgot to cancel his subscription, lied to our support staff saying he never made it. threatened us with a chargeback and bad reviews, and this is the byproduct of that, our product works perfectly fine as intended. If you dont care about the detectors, and want your thing just paraphrased we also have a mode for that, both work perfectly fine.

Hello, sorry you had this experience, it does not bill you when you add your card for the trial, it bills your card 3 days after its added if you do not cancel your trial which there are multiple warnings for.
Cryptography mode is the one that injects spaces and custom characters to make it bypass AI detectors, it does bypass AI detectors that way and works efficiently.
We have a paraphrase mode for a reason there is a designated mode to paraphrase your content that works perfectly fine, its literally 1 click away from using and is shown in our tutorial when you signed up
Just because you are mad about being billed for a subscription you forgot to cancel, which you claimed in your support ticket that you didnt purchase (even though you did) does not mean you have to write a fake review about a product that works perfectly fine.

The Alex Germanity and Ghost user that is posting bad reviews on our product is of the same person
his reviews are false and our product does exactly what is intended, he was critising cryptography mode for literally working as cryptography mode.
He criticized our support not being accessible even though our support can be accessed with 1 click of a button on our homepage.
We have reason to believe this is the same user from a previous support chat that threatened us. is leaving and spamming bad reviews due to us not refunding his subscription that he forgot to cancel due to our TOS, He lied saying he didnt make the purchase which was impossible because his support email billing email account email (which was verified) all matched, he just forgot to cancel and didnt get his way.
He threatened us with bad reviews and a chargeback when he didnt get his way, and im assuming this is the outcome of this, very unfortunate someone resolves to trying to bad review spam a business when they lie to a support chat and don't get there way.

Hey, can you please give me a example of this ”gibberish” from the paraphrasing tool?
Also note: paraphrasing isnt our main product, our main product is cryptography mode as it is much more helpfull.
