**Premium Fabric Softener Formulation (100 liters)**
**Product Description:** A premium fabric softener with excellent softening and anti-static properties, suitable for household and commercial use.
**Raw Materials:**
* Dittalow (4.5 kg)
* Ethanol (1.5 kg)
* Water (92.3 kg)
* Sodium Citrate (1.2 kg)
* Fragrance (optional, 0.2 kg)
* Colorant (optional, 0.1 kg)
**Formulation:**
1. **Dittalow Solution:**
* Add 4.5 kg of Dittalow to 10 kg of warm water (approx. 50°C) in a mixing tank. Stir until completely dissolved.
2. **Main Batch:**
* Add 82.3 kg of water to a large mixing tank.
* Add 1.5 kg of Ethanol to the water and mix well.
* Add the Dittalow solution to the main batch and mix thoroughly.
* Add 1.2 kg of Sodium Citrate and mix until dissolved.
3. **Additives (optional):**
* Add 0.2 kg of fragrance and 0.1 kg of colorant (if desired) to the main batch and mix well.
**Mixing and Blending:**
1. Mix the main batch for 10-15 minutes to ensure uniform distribution of ingredients.
2. Adjust pH to 5.5-6.5 using a small amount of citric acid or sodium hydroxide (if necessary).
3. Filter the product through a 100-micron filter to remove any impurities.
