Deepwander has become part of my routine. It's the best introspection tool I have used so far. It's instant analysis are spot on and have been giving me helpful insights into the roots of my emotions/reactions. It gets better as you use it. I recommend giving it a shot if journal regularly. Even if you're not, it's a great way to understand situations.
