Hey, thanks for reaching out! To connect your Instagram and Facebook accounts, please make sure both are set up as business accounts. Personal accounts aren’t supported for integration at this time. You can switch your Instagram to a business account in the settings under “Account” > “Switch to professional account,” and link it to a Facebook Page (not a personal profile) that you manage. Once both accounts are business profiles and properly linked, you should be able to connect them without any issues. Let us know if you need help switching or linking your accounts—we’re happy to walk you through it!
