Voice Upgrade Added 12 new voices: 2 High consistency male and female English. 1 High consistency male and female German. 1 High consistency male and female Spanish. 1 High consistency male and female French. 1 High consistency male and female Portuguese. (High consistency voices are now circled in orange) Audio call logic rework: Persona will now pick a voice by default that is compatible with the current chat language. This behavior can be turned off via the "force original character voice" toggle in chats. Same applies in Settings > TTS settings for chat. Official voices supported by our text-to-speech model are currently: English, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish. You can directly speak in any language via the selector in audio calls and change thread language at will during calls, independent of roleplay profile. (Even languages that speech-to-text doesn't support yet—for example, I can speak in Japanese and have Ruby reply in French.)
