I’m looking for a tool that can analyze our service inbox emails using our .pst file. My intent is to gain intelligence into how our company is perceived, colate and categorize contacts by company, analyze the persona of each contact sending our company work, and determine what event or communication, if any, developed a negative view of our company. The idea is to use the intelligence to target improvements in our data and improve our B2B relationships.
