However, without warning, the AI abruptly refused to continue and responded with a message essentially stating it did not want to write the story anymore. There was no prior disclosure that this type of refusal could happen after content generation had already begun, nor was there any indication that the topic was prohibited when the story was initially created and continued. At no point was a refund or credit automatically offered. If content limitations or moderation policies exist, they should be clearly stated before payment is taken—not enforced arbitrarily after partial delivery of a paid service. Accepting payment and then refusing to continue without explanation or remediation is, at best, poor business practice. I would strongly caution others to review the platform’s policies carefully and be aware that paid content generation may be terminated without warning or refund.
