Despite decent generation, this service's user support is simply terrible!!! ((( I wanted to test the Premier plan and switched to it from the Pro plan, which I had paid for one year. As a result, my credits were written off, half the features are blocked, and I can't go back. I've already emailed support about 10 times, but haven't received a response yet. ((( It's been about a month since the problem occurred. Now my credits aren't renewing every month, half the features are unavailable, and I don't know what to do about it. (((
