Overview

SNEK is a GPT built on top of ChatGPT. It is essentially a text-based conversational interface designed in a fun and novel way. What makes SNEK stand out is its unique approach to interacting with users.

Instead of the standard conversational style typically found in other GPTs, SNEK employs a 'snake' themed style for its prompts and responses. For instance, welcoming message translates to 'Ssssss! Hssssss! (Welcome!)'.

Intended to add a playful touch, it uses hissing sounds to encourage user interaction. Users can ask SNEK for a variety of tasks like asking about the weather, narrating a story, sharing opinion on a topic like pizza or even describing one's day.

However, these prompts are not delivered in traditional English sentences but through creative 'snakespeak' or 'hisses'. Being an ancillary of ChatGPT, all interactions with SNEK require a ChatGPT Plus subscription.
