About the Role

We, the BMW Group, offer you an exciting and diverse internship opportunity. Our team is committed to advancing defect management through AI-supported ticket dispatching. We focus on innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and accuracy of software issue resolution, ensuring our products consistently meet the highest standards. During your internship, you will support us in exploring new navigation paradigms for user interfaces and in developing algorithms and prompts for our evolving AI platform.

Qualifications

Studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field.

Enrollment in a Master's program.

Knowledge of technologies such as AWS services like Opensearch and Bedrock.

Experience in programming, e.g. Python and Terraform.

Basic knowledge of Atlassian Confluence, JIRA and agile methods.

Team and communication skills.

Proficient in both German and English.

Responsibilities

You will support our Defect Management team in the conception and implementation of AI-driven ticket processing.

Furthermore, you help to shape our target architecture and ensure its efficient validation and security.

In addition, you will assist in exploring new navigation paradigms for user interfaces or in developing algorithms and prompts for our AI platform.
