About the Role
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, advanced analytics, or a related field.
Strong programming experience in Python or R.
Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
Strong understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models for forecasting, classification, clustering, and optimization.
Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
Build data pipelines and workflows to support model development and deployment.
Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to enhance model performance.
Design and execute A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to evaluate business initiatives.
Communicate findings, recommendations, and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Monitor model performance and recommend improvements to ensure continued accuracy and relevance.
Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure data quality, governance, and scalability of solutions.
Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in data science, machine learning, and AI.
