Asset Harvester

Asset Harvester is NVIDIA’s system for converting sparse AV object observations into reusable 3D assets for simulation and reconstruction workflows. NVIDIA says it combines hybrid data curation, augmentation, and self-distillation to recover complete assets from limited real-world views, handling vehicles, pedestrians, riders, and other road objects under difficult conditions such as heavy occlusion and noisy calibration. NVIDIA’s Omniverse documentation also shows the outputs being used to remove, insert, or replace 3D assets inside reconstructed scenes.

Overview

Asset Harvester is NVIDIA’s open framework for extracting reusable 3D assets from sparse autonomous-driving observations. It turns one or a few in-the-wild object views from driving logs into complete, simulation-ready 3D assets, even under occlusion, noisy calibration, and viewpoint bias.
