Overview
Command R+ is a higher-capability variant of Command R with stronger reasoning and coding while keeping the same retrieval-centric interface.
Description
R+ improves depth on complex questions, multi-hop reasoning, and code-heavy tasks while still being tuned for RAG and tool calling. It can juggle many retrieved documents, reconcile conflicting sources, and output structured plans or JSON schemas that downstream systems consume directly. It is often chosen as the “heavy” tier in a stack, with plain Command R handling simpler queries.
