LingBot World Base Cam is an open source world simulator built on video generation. Given an input image, text prompt, and camera pose signals, it generates high fidelity video across a wide range of environments, including realistic, scientific, and cartoon styles. The model supports a minute level generation horizon while preserving contextual consistency over time, and it produces frames with real time interactivity, reaching under one second of latency at 16 frames per second. It is built on the Wan2.2 video generation codebase and released with public code and weights, supporting inference at 480P and 720P resolutions. Intended uses include content creation, game world prototyping, and robot learning simulation.
