Pixal3D is a SIGGRAPH 2026 image-to-3D framework focused on near-reconstruction-level fidelity from one input image. Unlike methods that loosely inject image features through attention, Pixal3D back-projects pixel features into 3D space to establish direct pixel-aligned 3D correspondences. This design is built to preserve fine visual details while producing high-fidelity geometry and physically based rendering textures for generated 3D assets.

Overview
Pixal3D is Tencent ARC Lab and collaborators’ image-to-3D generation model for creating high-fidelity 3D assets from a single image. It explicitly lifts pixel features into 3D through back-projection, enabling direct pixel-to-3D correspondence, detailed geometry, and PBR textures.
