Description
SERA-8B is the third model in Allen Institute for AI’s Open Coding Agents series, built on Qwen 3-8B and trained as a software engineering agent using Soft Verified Generation trajectories. It edits real codebases at 32K context and achieves about 31.7% on SWE-bench Verified, outperforming other 8B open models like SkyRL-8B and Nex-N1-8B for repository-level bug fixing and feature work.
