TimesFM 2.5 is a decoder-only forecasting foundation model that upgrades the open TimesFM line by reducing model size to 200M parameters while expanding context length up to 16k. It adds an optional continuous quantile forecasting head (30M) supporting probabilistic forecasts up to a 1,000-step horizon, removes the frequency indicator used in earlier versions, and introduces new forecasting flags alongside an updated inference API.
