Overview
FLUX.1 Kontext is a text to image model in the FLUX.1 family that focuses on long prompts and layout aware composition. It keeps global context across detailed briefs, respects typography and spatial instructions, and supports image to image and precise regional edits for production friendly visuals.
Description
FLUX.1 Kontext is built for creative work where the prompt is more than a single sentence. It reads multi paragraph direction, style notes, and shot lists as one brief, then renders images that follow composition, camera cues, color palettes, and brand constraints without drifting. You can lock identity with a reference frame, keep styling consistent across a set, and place elements with coordinates or simple region hints so posters, packaging, UI mockups, and product shots come out as designed. The model handles image to image refinement, inpainting and outpainting that preserve lighting and materials, and controlled variations that change only what you ask for. It generates legible small text more reliably than earlier FLUX.1 baselines, which helps with signage, labels, and interface screens. For teams, Kontext supports reproducible seeds, structured prompts, and predictable upscales, so you can iterate quickly from rough explorations to delivery frames while keeping composition and brand look intact.
