A tool for storing and organising GPT outputs?

Looking for a tool specifically for organising some data types related to GPT generation activity, specifically:
- Prompts (ie, a prompt library)
- An inventory of custom GPTs
- An organisation system for logging and indexing useful outputs
Yes ... you can sort of put this together with Airtable/NocoDB (I've done it!) but I'm wondering if there's any OOTB tool that I could use to speed up the process.
