AI project management tool for construction

AI tool specifically for visual project management of residential house construction. A tool which can show both a Gantt chart (similar to MS Project) but also a linear flow chart, or bubble chart.
It should be able to identify critical path and show duration of tasks, start and finish times and dependencies, like MS Project does.
