AI tool for analyzing emails/calendar appts to determine time usage

I have 6-10 clients that I do work for, and in a given week they take up very different amounts of time. I'm interested in an AI tool that could analyze my email usage and, based on the domain names of the email addresses, give me a weekly report that says: "10% of your emails were for Client A...25% of your emails were for Client B..." etc.

And ideally, it would be able to look at my calendar items to see how much time I was spending on conference calls for Client A, doing work projects for Client B, etc.

Anyone know if something like this already exists?
