AI tool for automatic drone video editing

An AI tool that is able to apply cuts to raw drone videos, taking the flight data as input in order to be able to understand where the changes in commands and directions, and as output an already subdivided video with sections flagged as cine-mode, sport-mode, steady, only forward movement, only rotating movement, etc.
It could also push itself to "bad" flag video segments as "blurry" "overexsposed" with video understanding capabilities, but this would only another feature on a different level than flight commands.
