AI tool for creating interactive text

I need an AI that creates a short educational text (100-150 words) with missing words for a fill-in-the-blank exercise. The texts should be simple, clear and suitable for students with learning disabilities.

The texts should develop Italian or English abilities, like for example inserting connectors words in an argumentative text or correctly conjugating verbs in English.

The AI should be able to draw from a range of on line resources, depending on the text. The list of the words to be inserted shall be provided separately, so that they can be dragged and dropped in the blanks.

The words should fit naturally in the context.
