AI tool for finding citations for scientific articles

Hey, everybody!

I write scientific articles. For them, as you know, you need literature for citation. Okay, here's what I need. I upload a paragraph to AI, where I need a quote to confirm the statement, and he scours the entire Internet and gives real working links (preferably several) to scientific articles with this idea.
I've used several AI tools. As a rule, he gives out fictitious links to his own fictitious articles, of course, not working. But they look very truthful. Or it gives real links to articles that have nothing to do with the idea of the paragraph.
I wanted the tool to be free, as I live and work in Ukraine and do not have much money. Can you please advise me, who knows what?
