Ai tool for lip sync that fixes the error message - Face Not Found

It would be wonderful to have an Ai tool for lip sync projects that allows the user to manually adjust or manipulate the facial tracking points on the face of a cartoon character drawing or a photo that can then generate a lip sync video using the audio file which I provide.
There's an old program by Reallusion called Crazy Talk. You had to sometimes manually adjust every key frame and every mouth shape for that frame. It would be nice to have something new that doesn't give error messages stating "Face Not Found".
