There are lots of summary tools out there. But I can’t find one that does this:
Upload your podcast transcript pdf or audio or video (or even one of these formats to be honest)
Summarise it in the following form
“In this episode, host X interviews guest y about z.
Here is a summary of each of the questions the host asks, and a summary of the answer from the guest, in chronological order.
Host question: summary of host’s question.
Guest answer: summary of guest’s answer.
Et cetera until the podcast episode is complete
Please can someone help me identify an AI app that will allow me to do this or please can someone contact me to tell me if they can do all of this for me.

You could use ChatGPT and include the transcript in the prompt. For example, your prompt could be:
"Read the transcript included after TRANSCRIPT: and summarize it.
EXAMPLE 1:
In this episode, host X interviews guest y about z.
Here is a summary of each of the questions the host asks, and a summary of the answer from the guest, in chronological order.
Host question: summary of host’s question.
Guest answer: summary of guest’s answer.
TRANSCRIPT:
{{your transcript}}"
