Try Novi AI, which can generate fiction or stories and more based on your inspiration, and it can also rewrite the article. What I think is even more amazing is that it can also generate videos based on text prompts.

I dare to make the statement that every single AI can help you write better if given the right prompt and if you invest in teaching it your purpose, style and tone…etc. Yet to answer your question for recommendation : my favorite for years has been Jasper, I have many German friends with positive experience using wordtune, deepl and Grammerly

I've seen so many here, it's legit hard to give a recommendation. if you're interested in a Writing helper, say for writing a book, try 'Verb', 'Scene One' or 'Interactive Writer'
