AI tool to read chats from DynamoDB and generate Analytical insights from Conversation data

I want a AI-ML-NLP based conversational analytics integration that can take the chat data from DynamoDB and run the analytics functions. Please note that I am not looking for Chatbot here. Our chats are human to human.

Now understand what I have developed and thus suggest me which AI can help me do the conversational analytics part.

Chat Functionality - We are developing a platform to help small and Medium businesses to digitize their processes. The platform will be web-based for our agents and Mobile-app based for our customers. There will a web based only frontend that will be used by our agents who will be managing the business and guiding them throughout the customer journey. Their task shall invlve creating new custmers, managing those customers and communicating with them. Thus it will be a salesforce like CRM tool on our end. Our customers shall be using mobile app. The mobile app will have a dedicated section module in it for Chat. We will be continuously chatting with our customers. We are planning to provide them in app chat functionality as well as for those who are not well versed with the app, they will also have provision to chat via Whatsapp and Wechat. Thus, our platform has multi channel chat capabilities with the same business owners i.e our end customer. Our agents shall be only using the CRM frontend for all the purposes customer management and chat. Thus the multichannel chat should be implemented within the app itself. We are doing the chat implementation part and will store the chat data in DynamoDB.

Conversational Analytics part - Now, we want to look at all the chat data in unison, so that we can derive valuable insights from it. How we are performing, how our customers are satisfied with our services, and what are the major challenges. So the analytics part of the software should be able to look at all the chat data combined (irrespective of the channel) and perform conversational analytics to capture valuable insights that helps us to make business decisions that can improvise our services for our customers.
Apart of ready conversational insights, we are further looking for the platform to give us more specificity such as Which particular region business owners are facing so and so challenges, what are the mostly asked questions of Business type=A, Business type=B and so on. It wont be just business type but also various other tags that we will provide such as their profile status, their workflow stage, their turnover, etc. So that the platform is also able to provide the data with various filters and slicers and more specificity
