An Ai tool to assist with creating models

We see a lot of Ai tools that use pre-made models. Is there an AI tool that assists and automates the process of creating new models, in particular for Stable Diffusion.

Basically, load it up, load up a bunch of images, give a detailed prompt as to what these images are supposed to be and have it take care of the metadata tags.
