I have a variety of word document agenda templates for my team. I would like an AI tool to help easily formulate these objectives. The staff spend a TON of time editing/formatting word documents.
Example:
I need a 3 day agenda with 4 different staff members. Start and end time daily is 8am to 4pm. Lunch from 12pm-1pm.
Staff A: participate in meeting B and C.
Staff B: participate in meeting A, B and C.
Staff C: participate in meeting B.
Staff D: no meetings.
Fill in remaining time with defined activities.
Want to allow the users to easily shuffle calendar items around, etc., and then generate it into a formatted/nice looking agenda document (word or pdf download).
