Employee Hiring Paperwork.

I am looking for an AI that will streamline the Hiring process, by allowing the person to fill out all necessary paperwork, without having to type the same information, repeatedly!

For example:

If you have 5 documents that have to be filled out. The person would only have to enter their name, address, etc. once! And it would be automatically added to all the documents at the same time.

When done, the person could choose to print the papersork to sign, do an electronic signature, or both! (Preferably Both)!
