I need help with with puzzle, some how from the below text I need to find a set of south and east coordinates.

There is an avenue of Pines at the Posted Coordinates, but the cache is not located there.

Pines of Rome is a tone poem in four movements for orchestra by Italian composer Ottorini Respighi. It was completed in 1924 after Respighi had “conceived, started, and restarted” work on the piece over the course of several years. Having moved from his hometown of Bologna to Rome in 1913, he was inspired by the city’s marvellous fountains and the pines “that appear in every part of the horizon”

Each movement of the tone poem paints a musical picture of a geographical and chronological aspect of Rome. The chronology of each successive movement goes back in time historically, from the contemporary period, to the early Christian era, to the time of the Roman republic, but simultaneously forward in stages of life, beginning with children playing, and concluding with grown men marching in uniform.

The pines in this reserve were most likely planted by early settlers. There were many orchards established in this area, and the orchardists often planted pines to initially assist as wind breaks for the young fruit trees, then later harvested the timber to make packing crates for their produce. There is no evidence that anyone has ever written a tone poem about them.
