Music analyzer

I am looking for an AI tool to be created that can listen to band, orchestra, or choir performances, analyze what it hears, give feedback about things that went well and didn't go well, and then make a lesson plan for improving.

The other side would be taking a PDF copy of the music for analysis before/during to compare what is written to what is performed.
