SFW Roleplay Chatbot Site

I'm having trouble finding a site that I like. I want a 100% free, browser-accessible SFW chatbot site that's easy to use. I know there are tons on this site, but there are so many that I can't even begin to start looking through them to see if there's one that suits my needs. Also looking for a site that allows use of scenarios instead of individual characters. Here's an example;
"Create a scenario where the user is lost in a forest. Take on the roles of other characters introduced to the roleplay, and do NOT control the user's character. Allow the user to make their own decisions. Describe what's going on around the user, where they are, who they're with, etc."
Every time I find a site that looks like it works, it ends up being the kind that limits the amount of messages that can be sent without payment. If anyone knows of a site, please let me know.
