Spreadsheet template creator for Google Sheets or Excel

I want to create simple spreadsheets with column headers by prompt, and then use them for various purposes. My main use is as a time tracker, where I'd add the date, project description, start time, end time, and have it calculate total minutes and total hours by row, and then a total for each day, with a summarizing sheet on the next page that give the total hours per day for each day worked.

This is one example. There are other templates that could be useful if it was very easy to create the proper headings and have the AI setup the type of entry, and so forth, along with necessary formulas. I am currently trying a Google extension called "GPT for Sheets™ and Docs™" but there are no directions and it seems overly complicated for what I want to do.
