I'm looking for a tool to help me calculate and optimize layout patterns in schematics as well as data such as power in / power out

Examples for uses:
1. I have a source S that generates power, along with a series of components C1, C2, C3, C4, some duplicate in parallel/series, some with different functions. I want to then find out how many components i can use for the optimum layout.

2. I have a reserve of crude materials that are taken, melted down, then reshaped into different components to go into assembly. The tool would need to figure out an optimum number of furnaces and matrixes to use, based on the rate at which the reserve is replenished.

3. I have an assembly line adding in different macro components in layers. I also have a belt that bring the new cores that then get layered. I want to figure out how many such assembly lines i can have to get through the materials most efficiently, minimizing
downtime and maximizing production.

4. Considering a full production line, from electric, assembly and so on, the tool should be able to optimize end-to-end line, in small groups or steps.

Preferably, the tool would be able to be set up with custom data, such as different number of Sources, with different power, with different Components accomplishing different products.

A grid system can be used to symbolize each elements, with ways to connect to each other and assign relations.

The tool can analyze these custom elements, understand result expectations, and give working patterns of productions lines (that can be later created on the client's factory)
