Turn screen recordings to written instructions

My company has a lot of software training videos in the form of screen recordings that includes narration. Is there an AI tool that can watch these screen recordings and then create written work instructions, preferably with relevant screenshots? I want to drop the output into an LLM so that my employees can get instructions on demand via a gpt like copilot.
