High-speed parallel (delta) robots designed to boost productivity in food, pharmaceutical, and commodity manufacturing through precise pick-and-place, sorting, and packing operations with hygienic, washdown-ready designs.

Specs

The iX3 and Hornet parallel robots support payloads up to 3 kg (iX3) and 8 kg (Hornet), with repeatability of ±0.10 mm for iX3. They achieve high-speed cycle times as low as 0.34 seconds (iX3) and 0.37 seconds (Hornet). The iX3 offers a 580 mm reach, while Hornet extends to 1130 mm. Both integrate with OMRON Sysmac platform using EtherCAT/Ethernet/IP, include vision and conveyor tracking, and feature hygienic, washdown-ready designs (IP65/67 for Hornet) suitable for food, pharma, and cleanroom environments.
