NERO is a lightweight 7-DoF robotic arm developed by AgileX Robotics, engineered for embodied AI and humanoid robot research. It features a self-developed motor system and supports human-like motion control, making it well-suited for academic and R&D lab environments. With full-stack connectivity via CAN/HTTP/TCP and compatibility with Python SDK, ROS1, and ROS2, it enables rapid and flexible deployment.

NERO features a 7-DoF self-developed motor system with a payload of up to 3 kg and repeatability of 0.1 mm. Power consumption is under 60W and operational noise is under 60 dB, making it suitable for lab and office use. It supports camera, gripper, and sensor attachments, and can be mounted on a table, sideways, or upside down. Connectivity includes CAN, HTTP, and TCP, with Drag-and-Teach, Offline Trajectory, and API control modes. Fully compatible with Python SDK, ROS1, and ROS2, and integrates with AgileX mobile chassis platforms.
