OTTO Lifter is an autonomous mobile forklift with a 1,200 kg payload capacity, maximum speed of 1.5 m/s, and an autonomous lift height of 1 meter. It features five 3D cameras for pallet tracking and docking, three LiDAR sensors for 360° obstacle detection, fork impact sensors to detect load shifts and collisions, and seven payload sensors to ensure safe pallet acquisition and transport. The robot supports multiple pallet types, recharges from 10% to 90% in 60 minutes, includes a tiller for switching between autonomous and manual modes, and complies with ANSI, ISO, FCC, and EN safety standards.
